About QAF

A comprehensive web-based platform for advanced photon counting CT image quality evaluation, developed at Khalifa University of Science and Technology.

What is QAF?

QAF (Quality Assessment Framework) is a web-based framework designed to support image quality assessment for photon-counting detector (PCD) computed tomography in both clinical and research settings. The framework addresses core analytical requirements by providing standardized, reproducible, and scalable evaluation tools.

Our Mission.

The platform supports various image quality assessment methods including SNR, NPS, MTF analysis, and material identification for spectral CT imaging research. It is designed to facilitate integration into clinical workflows while supporting advanced research applications.
