Utility Suite.

QAF Tools provides the fundamental image processing operations needed for day-to-day work with spectral CT data. Each tool operates on raw or HU-converted DICOM images with full multi-energy bin support.

How It Works.

Upload a DICOM folder, browse slices and energy bins, then run any tool. Results appear as interactive plots with export to Excel, PNG, or converted DICOM downloads.

Everything you need for DICOM image analysis

HU Conversion
Convert raw attenuation values to standardized Hounsfield Units using air/water calibration. Download converted DICOM or PNG.
ROI Analysis
Draw circular or rectangular ROIs to calculate mean, std, min, max, and other statistics across all energy bins.
Histogram Analysis
Generate pixel intensity histograms for selected ROIs. Single-image or averaged across all slices, with configurable bin count.
Line Profile
Draw lines on images to extract intensity profiles. Analyze edges, gradients, and spatial variations with adjustable line width.
Segmentation
Threshold-based image segmentation for isolating structures. Download segmented images for further analysis.
Data Export
Export any analysis result to Excel or CSV. Download converted DICOM files and publication-quality PNG plots.
